Home Sweet Home

After an 8 hour flight from London to Atlanta I am home again to find a few decorations!

Bath

On Easter I took a day trip to Bath. Bath is an hour and 30 minutes from London by train and it's located in Somerset, England. The Roman Baths are considered one of the Seven Natural Wonders.

Don't really know what these are?

River Avon.
The oldest house in Bath and home of the world famous Sally Lunn Bun.
This bakery is now known as Sally Lunn's House and can be visited today with the original recipe buns available for sale or consumption in the dining rooms.
The recipe for this bun is said to have originated in Bath with the arrival in 1680. It remains a locally produced specialty.

"These hot springs were used by the Romans as early as the first century...The remains of their magnificence are here disclosed."

It is a tradition to drink the water at Bath because it has beneficial and healing properties. So, I got a glass! I was only able to take 2 sips because the water doesn't taste very good.

Wicked the Musical

Before I left London I went to see Wicked at the Apollo Victoria Theatre in London's West End.

Little Ben

Little Ben is a miniature clock tower in Westminster, central London, that mimics Big Ben.

The London Zoo

Our Starbucks team went to the London Zoo! Here we all are on the tube heading to Regents Park.
